BLACK MUSCAR
Inspired by the functional elements of one of the most decorative materials used in design - flock fibre - this lightbulb is flock coated with 10mm long fibres which help keep the bulb cool to the touch.
The contrast between muscar's sinister appearance and comforting tactility enforces the surrealism of it as an object and helps create an element of bewilderment and surprise.
