FOREVER

  

FOREVER is a collection of leather-upholstered furniture that have been exposed

to UV light.

 

The amount of light and shadow on their surface is directly reflected on the tone of 

their skin. The series explores the way in which our every gesture forever changes

our surroundings and aims to reveal such subtle imprints on the skin of the objects.

 

Using the light of a lamp made for cosmetic tanning, The shadows cast on the objects' surface at a specific moment are captured through the medium of sun. Here, leather is used as a parallel to human skin and the way it reflects the sum

of our experiences, made up by momentary changes
